Unsatisfied with the jewellery you purchased? Have a change of heart after receiving your order? No worries! We understand that it's common for fashion products or jewelry to be reconsidered. We want to ensure that you never regret your purchase decision. Your satisfaction and financial well-being are important to us, so we have implemented a simple 3-step return policy. Additionally, we offer a coupon code equivalent to the value of the returned product, which can be used for future purchases. Below are the three steps to initiate a return:

Step 1: Notification Within 48 hours of receiving your product, please email us at contact@one-eleven.in with the name and image of the item you wish to return. Once we approve your return request, we can proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Return Process Once your return request is approved, securely package the product(s) along with the original packaging and ship them back to us. It's important to send the item(s) within 5 days of receiving return approval. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. To ensure eligibility for a refund coupon code, the product(s) must be in their original and unused condition, with the packaging intact. Damaged items or those shipped without the original packaging will not qualify for a refund coupon code. We recommend using a reliable courier service and providing us with the tracking details once the shipment is on its way.

Step 3: Refund Process Once we receive the returned package, we will notify you within 24-48 hours to confirm receipt. After conducting a quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund according to our Refund Policy.

 

Order Cancellation: Orders are typically fulfilled within 7 hours of placement. You may cancel an order as long as it hasn't been shipped from our warehouse. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders that are canceled prior to shipping will be refunded, and a coupon code will be generated for future use.

Refund Policy:

Mode of Refund: Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit as a coupon code. The coupon code is for one-time use only and cannot be applied to subsequent orders. It will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance, giving you ample time to use it for your next purchase.

Applicable Deductions: A deduction of ₹200 will be applied to cover the non-acceptance of prepaid orders and the forward and reverse shipment costs associated with returning the product(s) to our warehouse.

If a refund coupon code from a previous order is applied to a new order but is subsequently not accepted by you, the coupon code will expire and cannot be used again. Please ensure that COD or prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted by you.

For online prepaid transactions where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet, but order confirmation is not received, please contact us before placing another order. If a new order is placed before confirming with us, a deduction of 5% towards payment gateway charges will be applied to the refunded amount.

For orders where shipping charges were waived off as part of an offer, a deduction of ₹125 will be applied for shipping from our warehouse to the customer when processing refund coupon codes.

Customers who use a refund code to place an order and subsequently return the order will be eligible for a maximum of 2 refund codes related to the original order.

If a free shipping offer is applied to orders placed with refund coupon codes, charges worth ₹125 will be deducted in case the customer has placed more than 2 orders using a refund coupon code.

Eligibility: All products sold on our website are eligible for return in exchange for a credit as a coupon code.

Damaged, used, or products sent without the original packaging are not eligible for refunds. You may choose to have the items sent back to you at an additional ₹125 shipping cost, or you can collect them in person from our warehouse.

Items that are not reported for returns within 48 hours or not received by us within 5 days are not eligible for returns.

All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks before being sent out. Returns based on personal preference or if the quality does not meet your expectations, NO monetary refund will be given.

Refund Time: Coupon codes will be processed within 2-3 working days from the day we receive the returned products or confirmation of order cancellation.

The coupon code issued as a refund can only be used if no other offer code is applied when placing a new order.

Customers cannot apply more than one coupon code to an order. Therefore, orders placed using a refund coupon code will not be eligible to apply any other offer coupon code.

For products received damaged, we are happy to provide a replacement for the same product or issue a refund coupon code for the amount paid for the product.
